Protecting your session: passwords, 2FA, and KYC
Three layers that keep your account private — and what to do if something looks off.
Your account security is layered. Start with a unique password you do not reuse elsewhere. Marlow stores passwords hashed; we never need the plain text.
Second, enable authenticator 2FA when available. A time-based code from your phone stops most credential stuffing attacks even if a password leaks elsewhere.
Third, complete KYC. Verified identity helps us confirm you are the account holder before large withdrawals, wires, or limit increases.
If you see an unfamiliar login or transfer, change your password, freeze activity via support tickets, and contact us with the transaction reference. Keep deposit proofs and wire references — they speed investigation.
Also review the Privacy policy so you know how we handle personal information across registration, support, and marketing opt-ins.
